I can’t possibly recommend this company enough. They will exceed any expectations you have. I am beyond thankful for the high quality service I received while looking for a place in Puerto Rico from Two20 Group. When I first came to Puerto Rico, I had less than a week to find a place and Annelise went above and beyond to find me a place that had everything I wanted and needed as quickly as possible. She worked all day and all night, making sure she could find me a place in less than a week, before I had to fly out. She took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted. She made sure that every place we viewed had everything that I wanted and needed. She was very efficient and did not waste any of my time, which I appreciated a lot. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever experienced such great customer service in my life. One of the reasons I fell in love with Puerto Rico when I first moved here is because of the kindness Annelise showed me when I didn’t know anyone on the island or know anything about it. She was willing to show me all the local spots, where I could get great food and where everything was at in San Juan and surrounding areas. Anything I needed or wanted, she made sure she helped as much as possible. This kind of service is priceless and rarely exists anywhere.
