Mrs. Figueroa is a highly-skilled, growth and results-oriented proven professional leader with vast experience in Real Estate & Facility Management, Design, Construction and Asset Management and additional expertise in OREO Asset Management/Disposals and budgets with 25+ years of experience. She has formerly worked in architectural firms, international fast food chains and the banking industry in the following companies: Luis H. Bonnet & Associates, Banco Popular, McDonald’s Corporation Central America & Caribbean, RG Premier Bank and Doral Bank among others.

• Bachelor’s Degree in UPR School of Architecture in addition to post graduate courses in Project Management, Six Sigma, Harvard Business Point in Case Program & Real Estate Brokerage among others.
